Yea they are not to bad just alot of welding

15Mm - 20mm fillet welds but Yea work is work

They are hoppers for stone crushing machines. I will get a few pictures of the final product painted and fitted

that's a lot of welding doing 20 fill runs are hot on on fairly small stuff let alone the size of that

Tell me about it
The welds have to be strong as the amount of abuse they take never mind the quality team in here is extremely hard to impress and pass work

Thankfully I been making them a long time they know the standard of my work

We had the Terex Finlay 883 on site, that was a bit of a bugger to swap out the off centre drum to make the belt shake and vibrate.
They are lovely bits of kit and with it being remote control on tracks it was a laugh to move around because nothing stood in its way

Any idea why they don't use bolt on replaceable wear plates.

I just make what ever they give me
They do as well as 100mm thick rubber.

Thats nice kit, ye those type of things get abused by the very nature of the work they are made for, good pics.
