Yes there is an avacado and sweetcorn - but dressing was half olive and and half lemon juice.

Cut the sugar , starches ( carbs ) and fats don't eat mashed spuds or any other smashed up veg as they tend to be high carbs once refined /processed . Once digested they produce blood sugars and if in an excess this is stored in your cells along with water .I've been a strict vegi since birth (66 years), and tea total 30+ years, yet am still massively overweight (18+ stone). The only way I ever loose weight is to go on a 1000, or less, calorie diet however I can only keep that up for around 2 weeks before I start to feel really illMobility problems means I can't exercise either.
Nothing wring with the fry up, if you grill it, or use an air fryer to get the grease out of it,hence a large portion of the fatSo today I had:
One boiled egg with one bit of toast (instead of three eggs and multiple bits of toast and smoked sausage)
Loads of cups of tea/coffee with skimmed milk.
Salad for lunch with crayfish tails on it.
When I got home I had one can only of Brewdog stout (instead of two)
Fry up - but instead of three of everything - I only had two sausages - two bits of bacon - one fried egg - loads of fried cherry toms - fried mushrooms and onions - one slice of bread and butter instead of two.

Sounds like malnutrition setting in. 1000 calories of just the right food should be enough to keep you going with no detrimental effects.
