For a while I’ve been thinking about a dash cam for the car, and also one of the cycle cams (although I would probably have to start wearing a cycle helmet to mount it on).
Road hawk do a couple of dash cams around the £200 mark (give or take a few quid) including sat nav etc. But, I don’t need or want all the bells & whistles. Picture quality-yes, including decent quality images at night and that’s about it. The two cycle cams are about £100 and £150.
There are so many cheaper ones available that I’m sure will suffice, with the simple function of taking clear footage of what is occurring, without all the bits & pieces.
For the dash cams, a type that is less conspicuous would be good, as the cost of having a car broken in to can often be more than the item that has been stolen. Or, mabe it is not so much hassle to just remove every time you park up, like you would with a sat nav.
Anyone else interested to these cams, and what are your thoughts
