Cute! I thought she was deaf but she is just stubborn well I did expect that, she is very inquisitive and into everything currently making the garden Dandie proof, she keeps pulling the pine cones off Winchboys Bonsai trees.
Going to be hard work training her but we knew it wouldn't be easy, all really looking forward to it.
On a plus side she travels in crate no problem so safe in the car

We thought the same about our older Lurcher cross, we had him since he was pup and he didn't seem to react to anything. I was dreading it as recall can be a problem with some lurchers anyway without them being deaf. I think all it was was he hadn't learnt to react to things and he's absolutely fine.

You'll be dealing with working dogs, though. Some 'pet' owners don't have a clue, from what I've observed over the years.

Just an aside,
Chap that drinks in the pub bought a dog a while back, it’s was a cute fluffy little thing. Fast forward 8 months and it’s the size of a donkey. I’m told that she’s still a puppy and will grow lots more.
It’s a leonberger, never heard of that breed before

Met a nice chap walking his down the main street in Keswick a couple of weeks ago it was lovely but what a powerful dog and loud bark!

We had two Lhassas until 6 months ago when the last one died age 17, had a 6 month break and now have Ruby she is very playful, but sleeps in a cage and travels in one with no issues which is good so we can take her everywhere we go

Yep, dont think they were used to hunt lions though. A breed, bred to get a dog that looked like lion. Fierce looking but big softies

Friends had 2 x lhasa apsos and the wife treated them like children [they used to say goodnight to them, as had visitors 
].
They were yapping like beggars, but when a new grandchild came on the scene the dogs became very jealous - they eventually had to get rid of them as they were snapping at everyone.
