Not possible to centre dab it, M35 or M42 cobalt drill and tap with a left hand thread? Or is the bolt hardened?

It is a nut with a cap that spins, not a bolt! With no room to tack the cap to hold it still.

Customers just will not pay for bolt drilling, it just takes too long and uses too many expensive drill bits.

I gave up with dynomec kits a long while a go.

Best thing dynomec make is a universal spare wheel plate, for cars without a spare wheel.
