Maybe if it was just outside warranty and was a genuine fault.I am just saying. You paid your pound of flesh when you got the machine, i am not saying its right but could be done...large corporations deal with this kind of repairs everyday...most times they are counting on slippage so you don't get your gear repaired on time ! Misplaced receipts printed on thermal paper who goes blank after a while is done just for that purpose !
Running 240 volts through the torch is user error. Would that even be repaired under warranty.
