Whilst standing on your head ? ...... 
Difficult not knowing what equipment you have but something I've done before is to weld something straight across the end of the pipe. When you put it in the vice of whatever you're using to cut it you can use a spirit level to set the straight bit you've welded on level. Then when you move the pipe along in the vice you can repeat the same trick to make sure the pipe's at the same angle.

you will obviously need two cuts at 67.5 degrees, protect the stainless with rubber or tape whilst cutting, make a jig up using wood steel or watever you have laying about. failing that make a template out of cardboard and tack weld it on the template then weld fully.
theres a pipe cutting thread somewhere on this site that enables you to print off a template then wrap around the tube, mark ,then cut.

Idealy a saw, 22.5 degs from a square cut.
If no saw, your looking at making pipe wraps, and cutting by hand or with a grinder. Finish of with a file, trial and error untill you get a good fitup.
If you cut the joints accurately, you wont need to jig it up, just roll the bits together until they meet.

erm 67.5 actually,
Well I guess it depends where you measure from.I'm sticking with 22.5º as that's how it would be measured on my saw (i.e 22.5º away from a 90º cut).

i knew thats what you meant archie, everyone does things differently. we do similar things to the above using polyethylene pipe, butt welded.

Well now that we've cleared that up. I think what the OP is worried about is that when he cuts the middle piece if the two cuts end up not being totally flush then two ends will be pointing in different directions. It sounds like a job that could take a long time without the correct tools and minutes with.

fine then, 22.5 does make more sense lol.
i would cut a length too long and on one end weld a length of flat bar, to make a T shape, you can then use this to leve up the cuts. set the saw to 22.5 degrees and cut.
if you can try and practice with similar tube to get it right with the stainless.
i'm guessing your purging and tigging? is it for the food industry?

To original poster, what diametor, wall thickness of pipe? Hydraulic pipe bender could be one option to look at..........
