Cutting past 45 degrees?

I need to make some 75 degree cuts. How would i do this safely?

I have both a Bandsaw and RageSaw.

Material in question is some 40x20 Aluminium box.

Make a 15 degree cut from the other side??

Can't see him fitting a length of box-section in the vice long-ways somehow.

if you are doing a lot of them make a jig for the bandsaw
