Hi all,
I just been making up some replacement reinforcement plates for the wooden framed bodywork on my '34 car, pictured alongside them are the badly rusted originals,. Each plate is approx 14" long by 6" wide.
They're cut them from 2mm plate but I've gone through 4 -115 x 0.8 mm flexovit cutting discs in the process.
My question is the rate of disc attrition normal or are there better discs out there?
