So I need to curve some bits of 40x27mm into an arbour top. Part of a gate to a pool to comply with regs to keep tots out of the water. Basicly 1100 mm of unclimbable fence.
So the first time it was a bit open. So I put it through a second time with a bit of a tweek to close it. DUH! way too tight.
The prob is that too little pressure on the centre roller just springs it and it come out the same. Give it a bit more and it ends up too tight. I suppose you blokes with the pro kit have calibrated scales to get it right? Or do I need to run loads of tube through, in the various sizes to work up a data base.
I did get the two bits equal and at the right radius, but needed a bit of tweeking to do it.
