Ok that isn't it just. A question though what are the building regs in Ireland for this? I ask as the Banister looks quite low in o/a height in the photo and a lot of clearance to the underside for English regs but it might just be a trick of the picture angles

Have to look back in my book to see how long it took, the stone is 300 above nose of tread and balustrade is over 600 high making it just over 900 from tread nose, the landing is 1100 including stone from floor, thanks for looking

Oh yes theres a cap to go on wall yet aswell

That's a lovely bit of stone work too. That and your steelwork compliment each other really well.
