Bringing us back on track (that's a first for me). Beef Balti from the Hairy Bikers Great Curries book for tea here tonight, with home made flatbreads and a sprinkling of chopped chillies from the greenhouse to give mine a bit of a kick.

Not bad, even if I do say so myself. Beefs not my favorite, but this was OK. (in fact I'm not really bothered about meat full stop, but the Mrs loves a bit of meat (if only )
