Think we are at crossed purposes.
It was the question in post 37 I was trying to have a stab at. Put my thought process down which was wrong according to Cscs. It’s an odd as hell question mind. I can’t think of any real life situation where you would need to know that.
Unless it was a chip pan fire out of control. Still an odd way of thinking about it. Maybe they are touching on boundary cooling without calling it that??
I forgot b was actual oil and f was cooking oil.
