entrance/exit to the local supermarket has a raised concrete "kerb" down the centre to separate the entry and exit lanes.
Petrol station is on a separate patch of land which exits (left) onto the exit lane.
There are no road markings, or "no right turn" signs out of the petrol station.
The only thing "preventing" a right turn is a 4in (ish) high "wall" which is about 6inches wide, so not a "path".
Anyone know of any law/regulation which would prevent a right hand turn across this "central divider"?
