yep weld it up drill small holes at the lowest point, inject wax-oil with the long spray attachment( a long pipe affair). either then grommet the holes or call them drain holes( depends how much rain you have). in the uk cavities generally have drains because of the amount of rain. better out than in

Thanks for the tips. I'll be going to my local auto parts store to see if they have it...otherwise the internet has yet to fail me.
