is that an expensive licence?

What is it like for 2 drawings, ie normal projections that you'd give to a machinist?

I am struggling with Fusion 360. As its cloud based I dont think my internet here is fast enough to support it so I am looking for alternatives. Was considering this if it suits, or I was told about Rhino CAD but know nothing about it other than it works away from the interwebs

i used to use sketchup a fair bit, recently for 2d stuff ive just been using emachine shop.

I use Rhino for most my 3d work as its what I used at Uni, no licence just a one off fee, mine is from 2007 and still working well
