Creating goal post frame to accommodate door for shipping container | using 4' x 4' SHS

good day gents,

i've toyed with buying a goal post frame but the prices are very steep. Looking to create one myself using 4' x 4' box section steel. I've noticed people are using either 4' x 2' RHS or 2' x 2' box section.

Does anyone have any experience creating these? Should i get galvanised steel? Any issues cutting galv?

I'm wanting to create two of these and eventually doors too. Does anyone have any experience / advice creating doors?

Based in West Yorks, if anyone wants some weekend work to create these frames (and also frames for windows), let me know.

Tempory pedestrian door for shipping container

I've been asked to put a pedestrian (easy access) door into a shipping container. Not a problem in itself, I've done a few before. But, the guy only wants to use it as temporary storage then resell it so he's asking about being able to revert the shipping container to it's previous condition...

3 x 2 angle will be fine for frame ,also creates a recess for the door to sit in .Mild steel will be fine so long as it has good primer on it .
