cracked and dry hands what cream ?

yep its great used by the fishermen with wet hands all day and its not greasy used it last week been cleaning paint off hands with celly thinners were dried out and as rough as a badgers backside

I used to use udder cream,cheap as chips,but basically liquid paraffin,so greasy.

O'Keefes works wonders when my hands are splitting after working with cement etc Nips a little, but after about thirty seconds skin is flexible and "almost" ladylike!

Does smell of ammonia when applied to warm hands - but works a treat.

Barrier cream is a bit out of fashion now - but putting it on before your hands split/bleed is where the clever money in spent.

Mine normally get really bad in the winter and I used to have some stuff made up at the pharmacy to a recipe thought up by my dads doctor years ago.This year I've used the O'keefes stuff every night and not had a single chap or crack.

I use it occasionally too .

Doesn’t matter what I use as I wear latex type gloves which make them sweat and crack but on the whole I prefer a greasy type of hand cream. I’ve used stuff from The Bodyshop ( not referring to a garage) and also o’keefes

Barrier cream also makes hand washing far easier, I often regret not putting it on.

Another vote for o"keefes.
Always suffered with grotty mitts and this stuff is the best I've tried. Don't need much either.

I also suffer with keens and "fraying" finger nails .
A friend of mine gave me some hoof dressing they use on race horses hoofs .
I think it is lanolin based , works for me .
