Covid and memory loss.

Had covid at the start of January, memory definitely effected, people's names seem to be worse, only 32 so not old age kicking In just yet

Not nice. I got blue lighted into hospital twice as a result. Non malignant but swelling. That coupled with a water infection saw me passing neat blood. That was before I blocked up completely. There is only one worse pain and that is a kidney stone.

The loosing words i was putting down to being in France for 20 years.

There's probably more to that than you think.
Long story cut short, went to Germany in the late '70's to look for the then MIL's brother. He had been in Germany since the '50's ( went in his early 20's) He spent several days try to speak English.

There was, but I've forgotten where I put it.

I was on some scary pain meds a few yrs ago. I could put something down turn round and forget what Id put down never mind where I had put it.

Just today I picked up a tube of decorators caulking and then forgot where I put. I put my phone and glasses down to go and look for it then couldn't find my phone and glasses......
It was at that point I decided to stop the decorating for the day and go up the workshop to play

I've always had a bad memory and I have read a little on it, one thing that springs to mind in the repetitive nature and reduced number of different things people are doing through the lock down, like were not using our memories so they start to leek out.
