think after all these coments about cleaning ill have to see if i can stretch budget for an opair dont think wifey will be happy,i would happily help with cleaning then

The only thing I do over winter if I know I'll not be using the Mig for a few weeks is to remove the reel of wire and take down to the house to stop it rusting.

The missus would call those people with the tie behind the back coats if I started hoovering the garage, or worse she might want me to hoover the house

Mine goes in a large wooden box when not in use. my garage workshop gets used for woodwork as well as car maintenance and welding projects so I need to protect it from sawdust and other assorted crap that floats around in there.
