brace and bit ,,, always handy to have though.

wouldnt take but a second with a laser disc to shorten the shank and then use them in a cordless though

Hi , yes sussed that they fit in a brace , I have a few , it's what kind of woodworker would need a countersink that big? The bore guides are all marked with diameters , shipwrights? Patternmakers? Dunno , easily modified for a power drill , just never had to cut a countersink that big ,

First thing I clocked in the pic. .

Biggest I have in the van is 50mm and it gets used.

You use them along with the round bits fitted in the centre to keep you centred in the hole. They can be used for greenwood furniture making to allow a tenoned rail to fit flush in a hole.

I'd be very interested in them for our Mens Shed. We make quite a lot of greenwood furniture & they would be very useful.
