WNT ones are excellent especially when on offer like now
I bought a few sets and gave them to friends and kept a couple for myself, I am still on the first set after a couple of years and a lot of my work is 316 stainless.

I have a set of these too, I think quite a few forum members bought them when they were on offer before after someone posted a link.

As said, these are superb though they might be a bit too greedy for wood.

The zero flute ones don't chatter and leave polygonal holes when hand drilling.

Do you have a link or make to recommend? I got a chinese one and it's OK but blunt now.

No particular recommendation but I'd say Chinese tooling is probably a false economy.

Where did you get them please? I’ve been onto Ceratizit this morning but they’re trade only, and their distributors aren’t offering them on this deal

Ditto, I think I bought these last time they came up but since then the tool elves have been in again and stolen half the pack (nothing to do with messy workshop).

Ah I think they may have changed to account only, probably to do with WNT, Ceratizit and Komet all coming under the one name.
Shame you hadn't posted a few days ago as I just got an order today and could have added them. I don't order very often from WNT as normally they are too expensive.

You can order as a guest with paypal from WNT I think. Cerazit doesn't give you the option, but they are same part codes.

Those countersinks are good, I ordered some when Hood originally posted the link a good while back...

WNT worked for me yesterday during an idle couple of minutes. I checked out as a guest and paid PayPal, I’m not vat registered or a business although I may have told a small white fib by filling out the business name option.
Delivered today no problems.

Thanks. I do mostly wood work by hand with occasional metal work. Maybe I'll try those from RS first.

I guess 3 flute will still chatter by hand but be better than 5 flute.
