Could someone identify this plastic part for me please?

Could someone please tell me what this little black plastic thing is called or a link to where i can buy some from?

Its the black thing the cable tie is going through (black arrow)

The red arrow is a rivet with some black rubber tubing around it that has been put on it as a modification.

Any help would be great!

That's what I thought - the round bit is for a screw so you can fix it to a batten or whatever.

The cable tie threads through the base of the black thing i have arrowed.

They are not one part.

I've yet to find this piece as a set with a cable tie or on its own...

No, thats not the same thing and would not work as it would be too flimsy.

The round cylinder in my picture is about 2cm long, the one in the link above is probably less than 1cm.

As i mentioned the cable tie and the black piece can be separated, the cable tie is not part of the part i need.
