I don't own it.
I own the dark green bit with the yellow driveway.
The light green field is up for sale, currently agricurtural (they cut hay from it)
Current access is through the white bit that won't be available.
I mentioned horse muck by mistake!
When I said stables I actually ment pens for a small flock of sheep and a workshop to maintain the agricurtural tractor!
@8ob post means I need to do a bit more research into the planning i think.
The road is a narrow country lane but probably a B road, the 'new' entrance would have to be within 25m of the road although would not be directly onto it.
If I did have to apply for planning then it might be a lot simpler to go for access directly on the long side against the road although this would involve removing at least one tree rather than just a section of hedging and I would rather not do that if possible.
