under normal circumstances when Al and steel are in contact the steel will corrode, looking at the table would suggest its the Al that corrodes.
Most common case is Steel stabilsers bolted to Aluminium Caravan Chassis. The stabiliser corrodes.

From my landrover experiences I've noticed that aluminium corrodes around bolts. Most notably on an ex military one I owned which had angle iron reinforcements in the ally wheelarches. The ally was corroded to **ggery whereas the steel was fine.
That's as I would expect. You can use sacrificial zinc anodes to help prevent this but its a fact of mixing metals.
