Cordless Pressure washer

One of the Cordless pressure washers would be useful to me, has anyone any experience? I would very much like to use my Dewalt batteries.

Found a few adapters for the batteries so no issue there, just the actual tool itself.

My issue would be the volume of water they can shift, I have never used one but the pump must be tiny and therefore it can only be increasing the pressure of the hosepipe water, a bit like putting your thumb over the end of the hose. I would think they only provide a small jet of water and not a decent pressurised stream like a “real” pressure washer.

The flow rate is 120Ltr/hr Max. compared to 360Ltr/hr Max for the Karcher of the same price. Probably worth the reduction for the portability?

Thanks for that, I had seen the videos which clearly show the pulsing but if it works, it works. As @Bullet2012 alludes to, the volume of water is clearly less.

It is the portability that is the issue, I have to run out two 30metre hoses to get to the driveway and if I want to pressure wash the little bit of patio around the side of the house I am running out three hoses. A five gallon bucket and ten minutes of this looks like it will do the job simpler and faster.

Edit:there are a couple of different models and the one to go for would be the brushless one I think. There is very little in it price wise.

Bumping this thread after 3 years.... presumably, new and better models have appeared? I'm thinking about whether a cordless washer might be an easy and quick way of washing the cars - don't need it for anything else. Anyone in the know?

I actually have the cheaper of the worx ones for hosing down the enduro bike after an event. Gets the bulk of the dirt off but not intrusive if that makes sence. (Bought it of a mate cheap!)

They make a newer one with a brushless motor which is ment to be like twice the power though.

Depending on what you actually want it for depends on if would recommend it.

I did wire one of these into my 4x4 though to hose it's windows off etc after a day off roading. Which runs 12v.

I have the Version 2 Worx and it's a great bit of kit.

I also have a couple of Nomad 18v washers, great for washing a motorcycle, takes 2 fills to wash a car.

Bosch make a couple of 18v models in green. I know nothing other than they exist.
