Obviously you can get PPE but ear muffs not needed for electric/batteryNobody's mentioned ppe yet.
Just like welders there's a pile of ppe to buy. Cut proof boots, leggings and gloves also hard hat with visor. Not sure about the need for earmuffs with electric but I would. Will double your budget at a guess
The biggest problem with battery is it does not cut as quick as petrol and can get stuck if you try cutting too thick and you can't use horse power to withdraw chain. One stopped it needs starting in free air whereas a good petrol saw can cut from standstill.
