Thanks for the link but I'm going to have to put that project very much on the 'back burner' as things are pretty hectic at work and I've got other, more urgent, things in mind come summer holidays!

We used to file by hand stuff more complex than that when I was in the gunmakers trade, I'll copy it if you want , no big deal for me.

If someone with a lathe cuts the bar I can silver solder it on as well.
