I'd like to form a funnel in the end of this copper tube, it's very small at 6mm OD. I'd ideally like the funnel twice as big as it it. Am I trying to do the impossible?
I annealed the copper and then tried to do it in the lathe by pushing in a fixed centre. It did work to a certain extent but split and twisted the tube.
Would I be better doing it out of something larger and then soldering it on?
