I had thought my lathe coolant pump was too noisy and Brewdexta confirmed this. It does pump but it's so loud I don't want to use it. My milling machine has a coolant pump in it. It's three phase but BD said he's got some motor capacitors to make a static phase converter like in one of DoubleBoost's recent videos. The spec' plate says 220/380/415 volts but under the connection plate there's only 4 connections; number one, two and three each have a supply wire on them (I'm guessing the "lives" of each phase?) and a red wire going into the motor. The fourth connection has 3 black wires from inside the motor on it.
How should this be wired for use at 240V (with a static phase converter)?
