Hi Guys
I have had problems over the years with stereos dying; typically after a year or so. It is always the CD player so last year I bought separates from my local Stolen Goods are Us shop.
I figure it is mainly dust, so after the most recent demise of the Cd deck, I was going to make a dust proof cabinet, looked at the plywood and remembered the dust proof cabinet in the stinging nettles outside.
I did consider leaving it so the light comes on when the door opens, but could not be bothered, ripped out the wiring and got jizzed in the chops when I cut the coolant pipe by mistake. It did look funny spurting away to itself.
So far it seems to work, but for some reason I get funny looks from the neighbours as I turn the volume down when they come visiting.
