Forty five minutes on the phone going through the same old stuff, we may finally be getting somewhere. An engineer is coming to visually check the line. The boy on the phone actually listened to what I was telling him rather than just going through their tick box exercise

You try explaining to an indian call center that a tractor has just ploughed up the underground cable and it is in 2 pieces. So his YES YES YES sir the line test is fine maybe a a lie and no matter how many times i reinstalled windows on my apple computer it won't fix the problem

Last few times I've phoned it's been a British call centre, the Indian ones are terrible regardless who your ISP is.
