Conservatory glazing bar retainers.

Long shot...anyone recognise this glazing bar profile? I need to get my hands on some of the plastic retaining strip that sits up the middle.
A brand would help narrow it down.

A set of new end caps would be nice too, but I can knock some of them up if need be.
