Also, check it is actually currently wired correctly in parallel.
So W1 and W5 together not W1 running to W6 or anything.
Okay I’ve just been told that there’s a ‘box’ being acquired that converts 3 phase to single, just plug it in.
How on earth do they work, surely it’s not possible for it to combine all three (or even just two) phases into one?
An inverter of the correct size may run into hundreds, I wouldn't be surprised if what they are talking about is just a box with a 3 phase plug on one end and 3 single-phase outlets on the other end, very common bit of kit on sites still doesn't get around your problem of all the load on one phase.Okay I’ve just been told that there’s a ‘box’ being acquired that converts 3 phase to single, just plug it in.

Just the wiring diagram I posted.
I can follow instructions...
I was sent a picture of the box that's heading its way over (now not going to be needed), it looks like a site box with three outlets, nothing remotely fancy. My money is on each of the three 240v sockets being connected to a phase.
It's working!
Spoke to the manufacturer who were very helpful, sent over more diagrams. Changed the volt sensing wire to another position, connected the power outlet and we have a nice 230v. Wired double delta which was their recommendation. Can't understand why the voltages were't right when I did that last night, but it was hard to check them with it cutting out.
So, everyone is now happy and it's doing its job.
Certainly working hard when everything is turned on, the electric shower on its own is a full load!

Many thanks to everyone who helped on this, much appreciated.
