Concrete sectional shed to base joint

I've got a concrete sectional shed sat on a base, the inside is sealed with polyurethane sealant and is bagged under the timber floor. What's the best option for sealing the outside joint? I'm thinking a fillet of mortar with sbr additive?

Shed has 1ft overhanging eaves but it is exposed on a hilltop.

I use it all the time. brush a bit on some concrete and chuck some sand and cement on it .leave it a week and try getting it off its used in sovereign tanking systems with cement and tanking slurry mix

The concrete panels on my live stock shed are sealed with mastic.

I've gone for mastic after a few years with an SBR mortar fillet. The panels move slightly in the weather - and the mortar doesn't . . .

Mine are sealed with mastic on outside...on the inside there is a cement fillet which I'm guessing is there to prevent movement.

Wasn't installed by me...the mastic I think is something special as it fills the gaps between panels too. No probs and been up for 10 years.

It should only have a fillet of cement on the inside as a barrier the idea being anything getting into a joint or under the edge simply runs back outside.

I mixed sbr into my mortar and gave a nice thick triangle all the way round the inside it's never let water in anywhere at the floor, I didn't have guttering at the rear for a year so it used to get 22ft worth of rain straight down the back, bone dry the dust and spiders are testament to that.

Well every day is a learning day . I’d never heard of this mythical Phoenix Tears based stuff. That’s going to come in very handy for sealing the base of the new garage walls.

We have just fitted an old sectional garage and bedded the panels on a couple of layers of 4"denso tape lapped up on the inside then we screeded the floor inside against the upturned tape, thought it would do no harm and perhaps help to make a better seal under the panels.
