Sellers can no longer leave less than positive feedback (which makes the whole system pointless) its first time I have backed out of a deal in 10 years

We got a free one for the brother in law years ago, fetched it on the back of next door's lorry (he was the local coalman). It had long aluminium bolts in it holding the panels together and every one broke so it was reassembled with 10mm studding.

well i won this one from ebay as i could pick it up very quickly so was free to collect
SIZE IS APPROXIMATELY 20ft x 10ft, Door is 9ft wide x 6ft-6 ins high. As a rough guide to the weight there are 33 panels approx. 47" x 27", (each weighs about 50 kilos+), -- 3 panels approx.24" x 27" (25 kilos+), there are 16 pillars, (average 50 kilos+ each), 6 angle iron trusses and 20 angle iron connectors, total weight approx 60 kilos, 4 concrete apex panels, total weight 100 kilos+ and approx. 500 kilos + of roofing sheets. I stress that this is estimated whilst lifting the pieces as I dismantled the garage but this totals in excess of 3.25 tonnes. Please make sure you have a suitable vehicle and manpower to remove this!
item was removed in 3 hrs by transit van 2 men lol
now this item has no floor fasteners at all and only has the roof supports keeping it square
now i have to adapt this for a shed 10ft x 8ft it works out to be thoe i would have liked it longer at moment i may not have the time to do so as i wanted it to be 12ft
im curious on how to fasten the base supports to the ground base other than cementing around the base as the cement garage uses twist tighten support plates

they dont require fastening down the sheer weight holds them in place just grout round the base with sealant and some sand and cement to make water tight
The seller can say that the item is not required the buyer agree's and the seller can get the listing fees back and the sale is cancelled ?

You can leave a positive feed back with a negative statement but to be honest unless the feed back is really poor ,I would take a chance if the price is right.
I do think that they tend to favour the buyer and will refund.
If the Item is auctioned as new you will have to pay for the return postage as the seller,I never Auction as new for this reason "purchased in error unused still in original packing with tags " as new .
Then if the buyer is not happy with it Post it back in original condition at their cost and I will refund

anyway been busy done concrete footings there 8/10 " thick by 12" wide for garage then built a wall at side of it from used concrete blocks to save a bit of money
built all that garage on me little own today just need help to finish the high tops before roof goes on it done the above on other days last 2 weeks
now ive got to concrete the front end and put in a post im deciding to use a steel 4" x "4 post for the door to fasten onto and then weld a couple of pieces of steel onto it to hold the concrete panels in place all this needs to be done before i continue with the front panels
oh and i learnt my lesson always build by a corner first just got a repair to do or replace later of that post if i can get one to match it and strengthen the posts later by steel bars
considering a steel door on that as well as theres no windows going in except considering putting in lights in the apex
