Concrete sealer/dustproofer

What does the panel recommend for sealing/dustproofing concrete? I laid some readymix concrete in my shed/outhouse last July and it's recently started to show signs of dusting up. I guess that means it's now fully dried out/cured... There's a slab of at least 6 inches with a DPM underneath.

Any recommendations for stuff that actually does a proper job gratefully received. I'm planning on painting it with some grease and wear resistant paint afterwards, although if there's stuff that will do two jobs at once I'd like to hear about it.

Strange question but there are some many different coatings depending on how you're going to use it...

It's going to be a light workshop/shed/home for motorbikes.

as you are going to paint it... decide on the paint & see what the manufacturer recommends for priming it.
