Yep I was going to do the same but ended up with some stainless screws left about 5mm proud, makes a difference allowing the air to circulate underneath.and would it be an idea to put say a 5mm spacer between the panel and the gravel board so its not sitting in water? couple of stainless washers maybe?

One about 50mm from each end and one in the middle to prevent it sagging, 12 years now and all good.how many did you use?
Spray foam??Sticks like ****...that stuff takes a ferocious hold and will set under water...
The last posts I put up had holes in them too, long screws stop anyone lifting the panels out.If you decide on a method that involves holes into the concrete posts then fill the holes with silicone before driving the screws in, water that's tracked down the screw into the hole and then freezing results in a nice little bit of post cracked out.
A couple of dozen plant pots with a cane in them "for the plant to climb" make jumping off a 6ft fence *really* uncomfortable. If that's in their mind(s), there'll be nothing 'random' about their presence.
Or they'll just climb over............
Something like this? Most annoying thing we had with these fence posts when we had them for the fence between our car park and the canal towpath is that local "characters" would walk past on the way home from the pub and boot them in the centre. They give enough to crack the concrete, and then they're slightly too short to stay in place, as well as looking awful. Council wouldn't allow us to put a proper security fence in, because they were trying to make an attraction out of the area. Should have ignored them after the first time the police visited and told us they wouldn't do anything unless we had clear CCTV footage.
not when u watch them unload them it isntjust had 18 concrete boards delivered....bit heavy aint they!!
