And remember the receiver needs to slant downwards towards the drain end.

Good point, combined with a No-Loss Float Valve on the drain, you then pretty much forget condensate even exists.

I have an older one very similar. Absolutely brilliant. Same as the bigger garage ones just with a smaller tank. Keeps up easily with plasma and air tools etc. about the limit for a normal 13amp plug. Will run on an extension.

I picked up the new compressor today.
Looks the biz. Much quieter than the old thing. Old thing suddenly looks very sad.
My mechanic looked at it, stroked it and said aaaawww blessssss.
I did not have the right connector, that goes on tomorrow.

Belt drives are brilliant. I hate direct drives they are so noisy.
The Machine Mart ones are either British or Italian I think. Should last you many years!
