Compressed air cooler

Any one recognise this Denco compressed air cooler. Need to know how to set it up please. Although sort of obvious it came with some valves/relay which I`m uncertain of their purpose.

I have one similar fitted to my compressor, fitting top right(inlet) connects to the outlet from the pump and fitting bottom left(outlet) connects to the reciever. It doesn’t need to run continuously so can be switched to run with the compressor pump

Are those passive coolers any efficient at collecting water ?

The one I have is rated to 20 cfm but my compressor has a 29cfm pump, even with that difference in cfm I still get very little condensate in the compressor reciever. Before fitting it there was always something to drain regularly.
