You’ve got contamination problems
You need to cure these before going any further forward. if you are getting black speckles in your welded bead you need to find out what is causing that........ then move on to learning how to weld.
you mentioned in your settings you were using a base???? Current. your not settling a pulse are you?
turn all that crap off get rid of everything and keep it real simple.
No slopes, no pulses no start and stop currents, balls to the craters, ignore posts relating to tungstens and cup sizes and simply set a current, set a balance 70/30 -/+ and weld.
(Once you’ve cleared up your contamination)
