Occassionally when replacing the compression washers on commonrail diesels i come across the problem of the washer being stuck in the seat and have to fight to remove it.
Usually a rub of the seat cutter frees them but ive come across a couple of toyotas that refuse to be removed whole!
The removal tool ive used wasnt helpful, its like a threaded cone on the end of a slide hammer, so i resort to cutting it out with the seat cutter which is a right pain... anyone come across this and came up with a good solution?
