There’s a plastic shop in town that make any shape you want

We get rear screens made as the glass is over a grand and on a race or rally car doesn’t last long at all

I had a bloke come see me last year who made plastic canopies for light aircraft etc. They heated a full sheet up and then stretched it over a buck.
How do your guys do it, whats the prices like?
It would have been worth knowing a while back, but since I no longer work for the guy. I’ll fill the info for my own possible use.

Every time I see a thread like this my first thought is, "ooh, what's he done now?" Only a matter of time before he has a serious accident...

I was amazed he wasn't buried alive in the sand bunker but there are too many dangerous stunts to choose from to recommend a "good" one. An explosion if I had to take a flying guess. Must admit I cringe every time I see a home made rocket engine or some sort of flame thrower. Flames are cool, rockets are awesome but I'm glad it's him and not me. Not sure I'd want to be a close neighbour either...

The thing is it now monetized outwith YouTube. You don't know how much help he's getting now. I don't think The land speeder was made in his shed. The shed would be too small. He has TV apperences now as well

There not to badly priced

He did some pieces for me, including creating a file and cutting 6 test pieces they worked out to be cheaper than any I could find online

He does the same thing you mentioned about heating it up and putting it over a former
