Yeah that's the only thing, it can be a bit much sometimes but I'm guessing it appeals to the younger audience which is fair enough.
I do like it sometimes though as his enthusiasm can be infectious

i must admit, i cant stand most american youtubers because they are so loud and obnoxious, but i dont mind it at all with him somehow!Yeah that's the only thing, it can be a bit much sometimes but I'm guessing it appeals to the younger audience which is fair enough.

He can keep that Chinese lathe but I would love the plasma table. And how can he live without a milling machine?
I have followed his channel off and on for many years. He has become very skilled. Notice how he still does everything himself. Could easily afford an electrician etc to set it up for him.
Just goes against the grain when you can do it yourself. I suspect many of us on here are guilty of the same thing

i like people that do stuff themselves. with the help of the internet and a bit of guidance it gives confidence to tackle most things yourself to a good standard
He deserves everything the companies will throw at him. He's entertained people for years. The powered rollers are a strange one though. I can understand Lincoln getting a few more sales through a free welder but powered rollers are a bit niche. I'm very much all the gear no idea, but I won't be troubling Morgan-Rushworth anytime soon with a credit card, as much as I would like to.
I hope he stays sharp and innovative. A lot of Youtubers get less interesting the more successful and better resourced they become. Definitely less relatable to the average viewer. I think Colin has enough imagination to stay the course.

I have become a bit of a dab hand with 3 phase electrics and I am still alive to tell the tale
I have a feeling he has some mega projects coming up before long!
Funnily enough though the most popular of all has been his tunnelling series which involved very little equipment but a lot of very hard work!

Trust me, if he was worth what people are saying, he'd have bought the farm and the shed.
He at least could use a proper bench and heating system! I can keep this a comfy 18 degrees in the dead of winter using just joinery sawdust I get delivered for free.
And the break room should be extra well insulated, have a kitchen and double as an apocalypse armoury!
