I'm looking for a idea on the cost of sharpening cold saw blades and also if someone know of companies to do it preferably in the durham/sunderland area but also if there's companies that offer a mail order service.

My 225mm coldsaw blades cost about £8 to resharpen,
Nowhere near you unfortunately.

Yes, Sussex Sharpening in Polegate do mine for about that - even collect and drop off

Dunno if they still exist but when I worked in Newcastle we used to use North Shields grinding, who were down on the fish quay.
