the "pressure washed" would worry me.
i bought a pushbike from someone who had "just pressure washed it"
he'd blasted/boiled all the ingrained lubrication from every bearing, bushing and cable (including "sealed units") and it rusted *solid* within a week.
i ended up scrapping it.
