Looks like it is a single part with the compound base, the swivel section is not removable from the compound slide?
It could likely be flame or tig brazed.
As a temporary measure, for light work, consider superglue. You have a decent surface area there and I have recently been abusing it with good success.
The T peices are not removable from the cross slide either?
Oh wow, that's fairly catastrophic! I presume it's been crashed at some point in its life and stuck back together, though the heads on the t bolts look generous - far bigger than on my mk2 bantam.
There's a lad in Louth on ebay that used to have a fair few Bantams breaking for spares, but not sure if he lists the bigger bits anymore. If you need to do any turning before you get a new compound can you get away with swinging the compound 45 degrees and hanging onto what's left of the T-slots?
I'd fix that by turning a couple of steel rings and silver soldering them on. It would at least give you some breathing space to look about for a replacement.
Thanks for your help I am after getting a loan of a swivel slide to finish the bushes I am doing. If I cant get a replacement part I will try and bodge it together
