Hello... how you're all well.
I know this would have been discussed many times... I've actually read a few threads myself before but just so I can get it answered from this point of view... could somebody please give me their opinion.
I have just been given a Co2 bottle... might be able to put a picture up but I doubt you'll need it... my question is this..
I was going to just get a bottle of argon mix... just so I know I'm doing the best thing... I'm a hobby type welder that's welded one thing.. badly .. until now..
But now this bottle is stood in my kitchen... and I'm thinking would it make more sense to just get it filled from my local pub.. to learn with... or are the negative aspects of Co2... like the spaltter and (I think) slightly less penetration when welding? something that will make learning worse ?
Vs cost etc also...
Thank you... any help or advice will be very much appreciated.
Daniel
