cnc plasma for £3000ish

Can anyone point me in the direction of an affordable cnc plasma, looking a small type 2x2ft or 4x2ft for making repeat brackets in 2mm mild steel.
I was looking at the baileigh pt22 as i could possibly my r-tech plasma with it, still waiting to here a price back from them though?

Video looks decent but its a little over your budget, wonder if they'd knock some off if you contacted them direct?
