Managed to get this, in the air a little. Thank goodness for the small chain blocks that came with the gantry, I couldn't muster enough to lift the thing onto the beam to test and play.
These are its best sides. The rest are suffering from major peeling.
What to do with this, can't have it in this condition. Hmm, should I paint it (with epoxy) red or just go black?
Think I'll have enough Jotsun to do the hoist and the gantry in black.
Rub down and get rid of all the dust, then a couple of coats of Jotun Conseal Touch-Up, this will be done once it's on the gantry.
That way I don't have to lift it and shuffle it around.
The coating is just pealing off in the wind!
Chain lacks oil, that's an easy fix. Must have been in a high building originally, there's a good 18 meters of chain in the chain bag, that's why the bags so heavy!
